I am a PhD student in the School of Computing doing research into the locomotive and exploratory behaviours of Caenorhabditis elegans worms in 3D. One of my specialties is developing new algorithms and methods for automated tracking and 3D posture reconstruction from a multi-view imaging set up. Using the results I have been building models to understand 3D spatial exploration.
Generally, I am interested in the modelling of biological, neural and dynamical systems using a wide range of approaches.
